End User License Agreement (EULA) for DiziDoodle

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Dizideo, the owner of DiziDoodle ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By accessing or using the DiziDoodle software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

1.1 License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Dizideo grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for its intended purpose.

1.2 Scope: This license is for personal or professional use only and does not allow resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the Software.

2. Restrictions

2.1 You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.

Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software to any third party.

Use the Software for unlawful purposes.

2.2 Any unauthorized use of the Software will result in immediate termination of this license.

3. Ownership

3.1 The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the property of Dizideo. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to You.

3.2 All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated with DiziDoodle are the property of Dizideo.

4. Updates and Modifications

4.1 Dizideo may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its sole discretion. These updates may be subject to additional terms.

4.2 Dizideo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software without prior notice.

5. Privacy

5.1 Your use of the Software is subject to Dizideo’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and shared. By using the Software, you consent to these practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 The Software is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 Dizideo does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dizideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7.2 Dizideo’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount paid by You for the Software, if any.

8. Termination

8.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. Dizideo may terminate this Agreement at any time if You breach any of its terms.

8.2 Upon termination, You must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

9.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body], with the venue in [Your Location].

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Dizideo concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.

10.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver: No failure or delay by Dizideo in enforcing any right or provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By using DiziDoodle, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
